Hm.... work's getting better n better each day. I must say. Colleagues are overly crazy, overly friendly n NICE! Yupz, i must admit i simply enjoy working with them. No longer dread to go work, like in the past. A brand new opinion i have. Still, i can't take them for granted.
Got my pay on Wed. Gave some to my parents which totals up to $300. And the rest is for me and probably some treats for my close friends?? I'll see to that. Have to meet up with my 'recess gang' really soon cause i miss them (haha) and also cus shalini is flying off in May (long way more). I will miss her..... n she better miss mi too!=p
I finalli got a new hp/ Model 3100 cus trying to save $ u c. It's the $0 plan 1. Very much wanted to get the white phone, but cause it's white meaning it will get dirty easily, so decided to get the navy blue 1 instead. Not as good-looking as i tot. But nvm, it's like that when u wanna save money, get it? Suddenly tot of getting a new line, cause my father has the previlege thingy under SIA (e company where he is working 4), so my plan is under wat-u-call 'coporate plan' where u only pay $14/mth (200mins, 360 sms). Isn't that VERY CHEAP?? So that's y i sae, work for SIA!!! U'll get to travel for free n enjoy other benefits too!!! Good life *smiles*
Up next, i have smth to tell u all ks. N mind u please dun luff! Yest was a totally horrible terrible disatrous day. No words can describe my experience.
Incident No.1: I was making my way home from work, and guess wat??????? My shoe BROKE!!!! The strap came off. Can u imagine that??? And for your info, i work @ town area which is like city hall there. And i haf to make my way home all the way to Sengkang??? N wat? yeash, my shoe broke. So i simply dun haf any footwear okies? No cash with mi, i only had this pathetic $1.90. Moreover i was already at the MRT station. So wat did i do? I took the escalator up, tried looking for a ATM machine with my limping leg (the right leg). Is like a 5-mins walk from the station. Had to cross the rd some more. Luckily never get banged down manz.
After i got the cash, i headed for the nearest shoe shop. Okie, the shop dosen't have ani nice pattern shoe. All those kind indian indian pattern where u actualli wear with the punjabi suit? Ya those kind. So walked a few metres to the bata shop. Again, heaven just wasn't on my side. I came out empty-handed. Limping away, half the time dragging my feet to ensure that my shoes dun get left behind.......... was realli in a pathetic cum desperate state. Dun luff okies.
So was so damn damn damn desperate. I reali reali had no other choice. Guess wat? I went to get this SLIPPER which cost $2.90. Not those market market slippers hor. Er... nicer 1 la. That's the cheapest 1 i can get already. Moreover i hacked care wateva design it was! OKI! I HAF NO SHOES TO WEAR HOME, IF I DUN GET 1 NOW. So just grabbed the nicest n settled for that. Went into the fitting room to get changed. Came out, 1 salegirl was like starring at me. Tell u, how ma-lued i was okie. U'll never know the feeling till u're in it. GOSH! Wat a day.
Incident No. 2: I hopped onto NEL at Dhoby Ghaut interchange.Train was packed like anything. The usual peak hour rush. So i ended up standing. When the train approached farrer park station, 1 lady was about to alight. So i was glad that i could get a chance to seat @ last, after my whole horrible shoe incident. And u can hardly ever get a chance to sit during that after-work rush hour. So the moment she stood up, i quickly rushed for that seat. Okie, haha i must say i behaved like 1 aunty okie. Hey come on wat to do? I was already in a pathetic state ks, but no 1 on the train understood so nvm. So like 1 aunty wearing my $2.90 slipper i rushed for that seat.
Then came a woman "Hi, can u please offer that seat to me, cause i am pregnant."
Liza: "Oh, no problem, i'm so sorry." *stands up and offers the sit* n smiled
Okie, i must say, i did a good job by offering my seat to sum1 who nids it more than me. But then again, it was upon request. I mean, like how am i suppose to know that u are pregnant?? Your stomach shows no sign of it, neither does your clothing? It's flat like anything lars. hehe. Ok, yet another ma-lu-ration. U may think it's not, but it is when there's like thousands of pple on the train.
Incident No. 3: It happened on Wed(3/3), so it's back in history. Was trying to fix the hose to the tap in my bathroom. All thanks to my this "cock-eyed", instead, the hose poked my eye!!!!!!!!! *ouch. So there's a ba-lu-gu at my eye lids and blood clots ard my pupils & the white colour area of the eye?? Which makes it the iris? If i have't forgotten my Bio stuffs. Ya, so was jus reddish at my left eye. Simply cause i was thinking of my "bai ma wang zi" (translate: Prince charming)Dream on LIZA.... your prince charming wun come when u haf a swollen eye. Yups, but it's healing already la. So not to worry.
So after much of my story telling? How was it? Are u like laughing your heads off??? Haiz, it's a terrible time to start off the month of march. Just 3 horrible incidents occuring in 1 week, continuosly.......Please show sum sympathy.
Had enuff, i am pratically laughing @ myself too. Too think of it, the shoe incident was hilarious.
