Complain 1- Scales: THAT WOMAN, she asked me to play "contary motion" which is not even in my syllabus.Hello? That's for lower grade.And @ least she realised but still.......!!!!!!!!!!!It's like doing a maths sum in the exam on a topic that's entirely foreign to u. How does it feel?
Complain 2- Scales ONCE AGAIN: I was supposed to played E Flat Major (both hands, staccato or smth lyke that) Then later next she asked me play the same key but this time right hand only!!!!!!!!! I was like huh??????? BUT i still played okies!
Complain 3- And it's SCALES AGAIN!: Asked me to play diminished 7th scales without realising that she didnt even mention which key!!!!!
And so scales was the first section of the exam. Definetely i would not have the mood to go on rite? I was pulling a black face throughout the whole entire exam. And the complains are not over....
Complain 4- Aural test:Identify the cadence and chords by hearing. I answered her in the roman numerical form like chord IV, chord V so on and so forth. At the end of the test she said "u're suppose to the give me the terms like subdominant (IV), dominate (V), instead of saying it in the numerical form. What the hell la!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She toking RUBBISH! I even checked out the book n what i did was allowed Stupid shit woman.
And so i smsed my teacher after the whole exam.... she was like "forget it", we'll lodge a complain if the results are way too out.And of course she said other things like? How can she like that and all.....
I'm getting so heated up and the thought of her just makes my blood BOIL!!!!!
I'm so sorry for all those who are not musically inclined and u don't understand certain terms, but anyway.... the moral of the story is that the whole exam's just BAD BAD BAD! Nothing can be worst than this. Luckily it's only the school's exam. The actual ABRSM exam will be markers from London..... n i dun think they're such idiots!
