continued.....

And so, i used distilled water this time round. And!!!!! Yes!!! I managed to see my DNA bands!! There were like so super clear, and some even had overexpression!!! Everything fell in place, except that there was very slight protein contamination. But anyhows Dr Quek was very pleased with us. He said "Good"!! That really made my day (: Finally, we'll be starting AFLP tomorrow (hopefully), and i foresee we'll screw it up cause we haven't done this alien method in our whole entire 3 years. What on earth if AFLP? Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism, that's all i know. haha. We'll be running lots of PCR and we'll be using the DNA sequencer! So fun, or so i think. Since when was science fun? NEVER. -blahness-

I miss everyone.
