This newly set up Lab in Applied Science School (AS 4) which was set up early this year soley for research purpose is seriously screwed up! What kind fo RESEARCH LAB you call this? Apparently we are the pioneers batch of users. Everything in there is dysfunctional - like the DNA sequencer is out of order and i just learnt this morning that the -20 degree fridge used to store my 20 DNA isolate is down and yet, they don't allow us to take it out and store it somewhere else. Freak it!!And ya... to say.. i have no idea why they have so many -80 fridge around when there's only 1 pathetic -20 degree fridge. It's crazy.

And it took 1 month 1 week for the AFLP kit to come. Oki... it is imported from USA. But i guess 1 month is wayyyyyyyy tooooooooo longgggggggg???!!!??? It's delaying our project. We don't have the whole time in the world to perform the experiment. I have only 4 months to go... and i have 50 bacteria isolates to work on....and, i have to repeat the experiment preferbaly 3 times. How great is that?
