And the ultimate disappointment of the day. I failed my driving test!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything thing went so well in the circuit, parking, slope, crank course, S course. Not till..... when i did directional change. Striked kerb when was moving off. Tester opened the car door and pointed out "strike kerb". (at least it wasn't mount kerb, otherwise immediate failure) Accumulated 10 demerit points for that. (And so, i thought there was still hope =X) So i reversed and tried to move off. HIT KERB AGAIN. DANG. 10 more points. My heart sank. Hopes all gone. Kept reversing and the more i did, the more he was putting a mark on the test sheet, enough for an immediate failure. So you know what i did? I just stopped the car and blurted out : "how?" My mind was blank and the car just got stucked in the middle of no where. I didn't know how to go about repositioning the car. The fear of striking the kerb a third time made me realise that i should probably seek help. Argh. Road wise was smooth. Well, i think he cut short my test route since i already failed the circuit component.
I think i'm the clown of the day cause it seems like i'm the only stupid one who strike kerb when doing directional change. It's suppose to be one of the simplest obstacles. blahness. Try a second time? Yes. But i need to overcome my fear of hitting kerbs. Really.
