3 days ago, i suffered an acute sharp pain at the pertruding bone of my feet in the middle of the night. It was perfectly fine before i went to bed. Then yesterday, the same area was red but luckily not swollen. Cause: Unkown. And just 5 minutes ago, i noticed a blueblack on my knee cap. Again, i don't know the source of origin. All i can say is i didn't bump into anything since i got out of bed this morning. And i went to bed last night without having the blueblack.

What can i conclude? I think my sleeping position is getting a little errie & creepy.
