Every Sunday is set aside for swimming with the bf. A 360 degrees change from my previously so unhealthy lifestyle which explains why my spare tyres are becoming more obvious. 10 laps of almost continous swimming today was such an achievement! I think i deserve a good pat on my back .*pats myself*. I think i need to build up my stamina for continous lap swimmming.
Chicken chop for dinner at a nearby coffeshop in Serangoon. Ya kun for early supper when we headed back to Compass Point. yea.. i gained back the calories minutes after burning them. Oh wells, dont remind me of it. But hey! At least i ATTEMPTED to exercise! (:
