Work;

A recent manufacturing problem at Germany side caused a hell lot of problems. Complains from customers etc. A customer feedback to me via email this morning , so i personally went down to attend to the matter. I so nicely offered a 1 for 1 exchange and a sh*t reply i got out of my niceness: "Huh, you're doing a 1 for 1 exchange? Sorry, but I think it's very stupid lor" (in that sarcastic tone) EXCUSE ME THEN WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO? And i had to swallow my pride and just put on a forced smile since there's no way i can rebutt. Customers are always right, isn't it?

I've learnt from what Alvin Poh said to me the other day: "Don't take it too personally. Just learn as much as possible since it's your first job. At the end of the day, people skills are very important. Being in the sales line is a good way to expose yourself to people of all sorts of personalities."

-nods- Since i started on this job, I've grown, to be an even thicker skin person and someone who can just put on a fake smiling front when i'm literally burning mad inside.
